Everything has to be about time and money.<br /><br />Pathetic.<br /><br />I also see the time and effort that goes into low level / less education type jobs like a farmer or laborer. They sure do work hard. They have skills just as much as an educated person, but they are not paid as much and not as respected. <br /><br />When you look at who's producing for society, it's all these low level workers. What would life be without a manager? What would life be without a farmer or someone that fixes your car?<br /><br />Just because you are more 'formally' educated doesn't mean you should automatically earn more, especially when you don't contribute as much to society. <br /><br />White collar jobs are clean office jobs. It's looking like Inventory liquidation and closing the doors is a distinct possibility.<br /> I found a niche in the real estate crash that may turn out to be a lucrative opportunity. I'll keep that one to myself till I see how it works out.<br /> Have about 10 friends who have lost their jobs, mostly construction gigs but also mechanics, industrial sales, mortgage brokers, and financial analysts. I have real estate investor friends having issues staying afloat.
