And now an address from your President-Elect on the housing panic, historic economic crash and massive government bailout

Too bad nobody would listen to us.

Because now, we're simply f*cked.

Get that printing press going.

Because this sucker is gonna cost your kids, and their kids, and their kids, and their kids, and their kids, and their kids, and their kids, and their kids, and their kids, and their kids, and their kids trillions.

Trillions and trillions and trillions.

If it's a moral obligation to leave your children a better world, then this current generation of Americans, and the Baby Boomers in particular, led by George Bush and Bill Clinton, have been a miserable failure.

History will not be kind.

UK interest rates at a 350-year low. Yet American Express is charging 46% APR on its BA card. Please join me in telling AMEX to go f*ck themselves

Gotta love AMEX.

In addition to their joke of an interest rate, they've also raised their annual fee. And of course, they charge merchants significantly more than VISA or Mastercard for processing.

I'll sure miss 'em when they're gone.

Not.

American Express can go f*ck itself. They are dinosaurs, and the comet has hit. And anyone with an AMEX card should rip it up in protest.

AMEX can take their stupid cards and stick them up their as*es. America, and the world, can make do without AMEX. And not one penny of US taxpayer funding should go to this pathetic institution.

Good riddance AMEX. You helped f*ck America and the world, and now you should go away.

Amex card charges record 46pc for credit

American Express has raised the annual rate on one of its credit cards to 46pc, despite interest rates plunging to their lowest level in the Bank of England's history.

Soot & Ashes Endorses Peter Schiff for Senate in 2010 (to take away that rat-bastard Chris Dodd's seat)

Peter Schiff in the Senate would be THE ULTIMATE F*CK YOU to the corrupted establishment. And a true voice for the people, even as Rome burns.

Can you imagine?

Well, start imagining.

Schiff2010.com

Schiff debating Dodd for the seat would be a large bucket of popcorn moment for sure.

Let's get it on.

Thanks a bunch, you stupid f*cking idiot.

I'm back.............

Been pretty much isolated and out-of-it for a week.

And I come back to more of the same, if not worse.

This "crisis" is spinning out of control folks.

It appears we are truly are heading to a Greater Depression.

And it's worldwide.

You think things are bad in the USA? Oh, dear god, go see what's happening elsewhere.

This is gonna take some time to work through.

As in, maybe a decade.

Or more.

The biggest speculative debt-fueled bubble in the history of humanity is unwinding.

And even I have no idea where it goes next.

But I've come to this conclusion, after my travels of the past few weeks.

The next stage is going to get dangerous.

Really, really dangerous.

Really, really, really, really, really dangerous.

Get ready.

If you can.

There will be no safe havens.

What do you do when the leaders who should be mounting an investigation should be investigated themselves?

At what point do the people rise up?

Legalize alcohol - yes or no?

(Oh, sorry, my bad, that last drug was already re-legalized)

Barney Frank and the Democrats, corrupted by Fannie and Freddie bribes, did nothing. And now the world pays the price.

And check out the classic Barney vs. Billo tape too

Gotta love the pets.com sock puppet. Mascot for pets.com Then pitchman for subprime auto lender BarNone. And of course, heisted for HousingPANIC

Here he is, asking for a bailout:

Here he is, pitching car loans (that will eventually default) to broke people:

And here he was, back in the day:

Wonder what's next - you know, after BarNone goes bankrupt. Maybe get a gig with the NAR? "Now's a great time to buy or sell a house!"

Once again, buying when there was blood in the street has paid off. For now.

Belarus ruble sinks 20 percent, shocking citizens

National Bank in Belarus devalues currency 20 percent to get IMF loan; citizens shocked

MINSK, Belarus (AP) -- Belarus' central bank sharply devalued the Belarusian ruble Friday, allowing the currency to plunge 20 percent to help stop the hemorrhaging of its reserves. The move came as an unwelcome shock to ordinary citizens.

The National Bank said the devaluation was aimed at raising the competitiveness of the Belarusian economy, which has been battered by the global financial crisis. It also was a condition of a $2.5 billion loan from the IMF announced Wednesday.

Ready for the trillion dollar money bomb?

Where are we getting this money by the way?

Oh, yeah, that's right - the printing press.

God bless the USA. Man, we can get away with some pretty sick sh*t.

Epic Failures.

How much more damage will these two incompetent fools inflict on their nation?

Both are up for re-election in 2010. Along with Chris Dodd and Barney Frank too.

Let's hope the voters wise up and show them the door. Since we all know the corrupted Democratic party won't do it themselves.

2008 should have shown everyone that the United States is run by corrupt and incompetent monkeys, from both the Democratic and Republican parties. And when idiots and criminals get a hold of the government of the richest and most powerful country on earth, watch out. They can screw it up for everyone.

With home prices down 30%, 40%, 50% and more, and back to 2000 levels, is it time to take a look?

Shiller's saying they're not overvalued anymore. But watch out for "overshoot".

So, anyone looking yet?
