If you can't beat 'em, maybe next time join 'em. Crime pays. Laws were meant to be broken. There is no enforcement. Legal anarchy reigns.

keefer, if you can do a smash and grab...go for it...the elite sure is!
Keith, I highly recommend the book "the sociopath next door" by Martha Stout. It is a fascinating incite into the minds of those who are born without a conscience. There are about 1 in 25 people with this characteristic and they tend to seek and attain positions of power.
Thanks for putting those names out there. The list needs to be refreshed occasionally and in front of as many eyes as possible.
Mama always says, "Just because Johnny Fuddermucker jumped off a high wall, does that mean it's also okay for you to jump?"
Don't follow the sheep; follow your own conscience instead.

I agree with Mammoth. I know you're being facetious, Keith - you're not really recommending that we all become a-holes like these guys.
But I want to say that honesty is its own reward. Only a sociopath could sleep at night after screwing over their fellow man as thoroughly as angelo mozilo has.
I'll admit to having become jaded and cynical. And I'm now playing stocks, profiting on the misery of others.
But at least I didn't cause that misery. And I still try to warn people of the foolishness of runaway spending and currency debasement. And I intend to use my gains to help others.
I'm trying to decide:
1. Firing squad
2. Lethal injection
3. Beaten to death by angry mob (like at Wal-Mart)
4. Hung from tree until dead
5. Starve to death
6. Electric shock
7. Guillotine/chop head off
All televised, all the time, every channel including cable mandatory. Perfor one per 8 hour interval, every day.
I think in the case of those responsible for war deaths a parent/relative/friend of a dead soldier should be drawn by lottery to decide the method and participate in the punishment.
Begin at Once.
Hey, I am an appraiser and an honest one. So change that to every appraiser except one.
Rich people in America are above the law.
See, I told you folks that it doesn't pay to be honest in this society. If people are able to get away with mortgage fraud, lying on mortgage applications, etc... then why not join the party? In my personal opinion, if you play by the rules, then you are a sucker. While folks like me will get bailed out (at your expense of course).

Paul "honesty is it's own reward"? God, I couldn't help buy laugh by butt off when you said that Paul. Only fourth graders would believe that.
Now, I have never done anything illegal in this entire housing mess. I have done things that are unethical (like extracting all of the equity and spending it with no intention of paying it back) but nothing illegal.
The only message America sends is that "oh you little working class people play by the rules while the upper echelons rape you". I had enough. I said "fuck that, I want it all too".
I am realtor in Miami and had everyone of my clients out of real estate since 2004. They still think I am crazy but they got money and many don't anymore.
P. S. I lost a lot of money. Not all profesionals are bad.
Guilty!
Kill them ALL !!
