Too bad (for the bank) that she didn't have the money, had to charge it, and is now tens of thousands in crushing debt

Too bad for the bank that she's treating her credit card debt like discretionary spending. As in, it's discretionary whether or not she's gonna pay her bill.

She ran it up, had a grand time, and the bank ain't gettin' paid back.

And no, she won't feel.... soooo bad.

C'mon guys, sing along: We are the world, we are the Ponzi...

Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Nicholas Cosmo, founder of Agape World Inc. in Hauppauge, New York, was charged with defrauding 1,500 investors of more than $370 million, U.S. authorities said.

Cosmo operated a Ponzi scheme at least between October 2003 and December 2008 that raised more than $370 million from more than 1,500 individual investors and deposited that money into Agape World bank accounts, according to a 51-page affidavit by U.S. Postal Inspector Richard Cinnamo detailing the allegations against Cosmo.

Yeah the bank IS going to be paid back - with taxpayer bailout dough. Gimme a break Keith, you think they're gonna just eat it?

"Gimme a break Keith, you think they're gonna just eat it?"

Yeah, someone has to pay and it's certainly not going to be those responsible.

Don't you people get it yet? It's not the people, it's not the rule of law and order that's the corner stone of this f'ing democratic republic. It's the banks. We can't allow them to fail even as they charge us $39 late fees for a $10 slip up.

I want to see Obama go on television and tell home owners it is their obligation to not walk away from their mortgages.
If you signed on the dotted line, it is not the job of the Federal Gov to fix your problem. (If this really is the era of personal responsibility)

Now to support her credit fueled extravagant life-style it's gonna have to be:

High class hooker.

PRICELESS!

LOL. Part of the dotted line was if the borrower forecloses, the bank gets the house.
The bank is not fixing the borrowers problem, the taxpayers are fixing the bankers problem.
If the house is not enough collateral, THEN TRY 20% DOWN NEXT TIME.

Borrower ain't obliged to do shit.

DOPES!

Shouldn't it read:

"Too bad for the taxpayers the bank didn't have the money to lend it"?

Hi Sashers, I am back. Finally after a long personal nightmare in which my personal health and well being was in jeopardy, I can say "I am back". About two months ago, I was hit by a drunk driver (a t-bone crash) that left me with a broken neck, shoulder, fractured ribs and sever spinal injuries. The last thing on my mind was going on the internet.

But I got released seven days ago and finally I feel ok. I still feel a whole lot of pain and it will take a whole lot of physical therapy. But I will endure.

Now, I think it's pretty funny actually that people ran up their credit card debt and now they can't pay it off. So who will pay? Suckers like you! HA, HA, HA, HA, LOL, LOL, LOL.

This Cosmo is the ultimate sociopath to have chosen that name. In the event his fraud was discovered, he must have really wanted to grind his victims' faces into the cold stone cynicism behind the fraud.

Have you applied for your Social Security Disability, Food Stamps & Medicaid yet? You've told us that you are a nurse, but just think you could go back to school on vocational rehab and get all of us to pay for medical school for you.

No Jane, I will continue my focus on spinal manipulation therapy with my chiropractor and figuring out how to lower my debt balances. If I can do those two, it would be great!

No, it was quite deliberate. Religion itself is a huge con game, and many con men have made HUGE fortunes for themselves by conning dupes who believe sky fairy tales into signing it all away.

There has never been a poor, underfunded major world religion. All of its leaders and clergy live in relative comfort, with the guys at the top living in opulence in great temples, palaces and even religious cities.

The wording was deliberately chosen, and serves as a warning to the gullible.
