The National Association of Lying Realtors on Commission took out ads in November 2006 to tell America it was a great time to buy a house. Seriously.

The NAR should be shut down on anti-racketeering laws.

They should be disbanded for violating Robinson-Patman.

And if our corrupted government doesn't take them out, then our mainstream media should at least pull their heads out of their asses and NEVER, EVER REPORT ANYTHING FROM THE NAR AS FACT.

The most discredited organization in America, representing the most discredited profession in America. They destroyed lives. They led to the destruction of the worldwide financial system. They cost America trillions and trillions of dollars. And they must be stopped.

NAR's Ad Blitz Spawns Major Media Coverage

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®’ first-ever newspaper blitz, in which full-page ads illustrate why now is a smart time to buy, has received widespread media coverage and earned high marks from members across the country.

The public reaction we’re receiving indicates how much this campaign was needed,” says Thomas M. Stevens, NAR President.

The ambitious campaign aims to urge hesitant buyers to take action now, while interest rates are near record lows, inventory is supple, and prices have leveled off.

Real estate professionals around the country know that a lot of the negative publicity about the real estate market just wasn’t true,” Stevens says. “They’re really glad we’re setting the record straight.”

There is a show on AM 1310 here in Phoenix every Sunday morning. It´s a Realtor team , husband wife thing. They try hard to convince young people that it´s the best time ever to buy. They try to convince young listeners to get a co borrower , like their parents , if they have a hard time qualifying. I tune in and just start getting very angry. This vermin could not care less about some young couple about to make a tremendous mistake financially that will take years to correct.

Not San Diego, everyone wants to live there..not I was there last month and its a bunch of fake losers. They all act like they are a victim of their over spending. I just listen to them snivel and laughed to myself.

Have to agree with this. DENIAL is firmly entrenched here. Everybody's house is still worth what is was 3 years ago, just ask em. Still renting here.
