So if we all came from monkeys, and monkeys all came from, I don't know, fish? Then shouldn't there be a ton of fossils that look like a cross between all these animals? Shouldn't there should be an infinite number of incremental versions of all of these transitions...yet there are none. And if an eye ball and a brain can develop randomly on their own, then how does the connection between them also develop randomly? I'm not saying that evolution is wrong, I'm saying that I have a few questions about it...I would also like to know how 2 airplanes hit 2 buildings and make 3 buildings fall down. Just curious, thanks.

I know this isn't the HousingPanic blog anymore,but if you want to know how America will change then read a bit further.
My monkeybutt posted numerous times about the laws of contracts,and how the Mortgage contracts signed by FB monkeys were all invalid,and would be targeted for lack of disclosure on the banks part.
The trolling Realwhores,and Bank agents were all over me with their," Hey,they signed,they gotta pay" bullsheist.
The Last thing the Banking industry wanted was educated sheep,especially those that would become astute when dealing in contracts.I posted about that subject constantly,and now my MonkeyShaksterAss is here to gloat.
April Charney of Jacksonville Florida is killing the Bankers with her Law firm,and her extreme knowledge of contract law.She is also starting the Conflagration that will change this country for the better in a huge way.Lawyers around the country are at her doorstep to learn the proceedure,but most important is the active role of her clients(FBs).FBs shall move into the catagory of NON-FB now.They are learning quick,and are turning the tables on the system.
This will be a paradigm shift.
The Mortgage ,and banking industry is about to disappear as we know it,and the Judges can't stip it.Congress will try to pass laws to move these contracts into a venue beneficial to the banks,but the commerce created by these contracts,and the due process in the private sector is too great.
Any FB that was foreclosed on is also positioned for remedy,and may if they elect,Take back their home.
Since contracts need equitable consideration,conscious consideration,and full disclosure of intention to be valid the old ones will be rewritten to the FBs benefit.Also knowing that the Banks are involved in a cover-up of the facts,and broken federal laws,the banks are having to negotiate in order to "stay out of Jail".
The Homebuyer now has the valid equitable terms placed into the contract to his liking along with his remedy if the banks decides to get sloppy.
For instance-
I mentioned the principal paid by the NON-FB woulld need to be paid back to the Non-FB if the bank decided to foreclose.This is now happening,and all new Homebuyers should familiarize themselves or get an attorney that is invloved.
Another point is that the NON-FB dictates the terms of payments concerning lates,missed,or short.
The banks must work to see that the contract has every chance to succeed ,and within the contract is the stipulation by the NonFB that from time to time the payments may be reduced,missed or,late,and in those instances the contract is extended to accomadate the Non FB.
those are just a few examples that are being written into the contracts.

God, to think that banks can no longer go into foreclosure hearings and say:
“Well No, your honor, we don’t have any PROOF that we own Mr/Mrs Smith’s loan, BUT YOU CAN TRUST US! Here’s our letter of intent, in which we PROMISE to go looking for a loan contract, SOMEDAY, MAYBE! In the meantime, give us the Smith’s house anyway.”

Shakster, if contracts can be so reworked, the true owners of those contracts (i.e. the lenders, since they WROTE THEM) will just make new types that will achieve a new unassailability in the courts. Always remember that, in general, the people who actually WRITE THE WORDS IN THE CONTRACT are the ones who actually control the contract. That means 99.9% of the lenders, and only 0.1% of the borrowers.
Court actions today may alter that temporarily to 99% and 1%, but then after the re-working of the boilerplate, it will slip right back down to 99.9/0.1 where it belongs.
REAL CONTRACTS are written up by BOTH PARTIES. This happens in corporate lawyering all the time. But consumers have no such powers, largely since they never choose to educate themselves about it and to exercise it at the proper time.

Does it disappoint you at all to know that your blog attracts so many readers who deny global warming, evolution and other scientific facts? Are people who are skeptical of the housing industry and America's fascist financier government also skeptical of sensible things, too?
I think you should do a post about how the Earthis round, and that it revolves around the Sun, and see what dissent you get about that. I mean, anyone can SEE that the Sun travels across the sky. And the Earth is flat. I don't see any curvature, even when I'm on top of a big hill.

I think it's because they're skeptics, and don't trust anyone, including scientists. However, they seem to trust their religious leaders, and books that were written 2000 years ago.
And yes, it is disappointing. I like intelligent debate. Debating ignoramuses and fools is like banging your head against the wall. But who knows, maybe a few of them will finally question their silly and indefensible childhood beliefs, and have an epiphany.
I'm not holding my breath.
And in the end, it's good they're around, since it shows how deep the level of ignorance in America is today.

I am not religious at all Keith, but I don't see why people can't argue over a creator vs evolution. I don't see any proof of either theory. But things in nature seem way too complicated to me to have come about by accident. Don't things tend to break down over time instead of getting more complicated? What changes everything are the Attorneys.They will take over both the Foreclosure end,and the Buying end.The trillions of dollars changing hands is a boon to the system,and especially the IRS.

So, for the unyielding evolution crowd among whom you count yourself . . .
Did the chemicals necessary for the transition from inert matter to prokaryotic life, whether near vents at the bottom of the ocean, or even from other planets, always exist? Prokaryotic (and eukaryotic) life always has been and always will be and that's just the way it is?
And the big bang, formation of planets, etc? All that gaseous matter existed independently, ex nihilo? Fantastic. Maybe you'd care to elaborate exactly how something just spontaneously generates itself ex nihilo . . .

I'm not religious and most assuredly believe in some form of evolution, but the origin(s) of life itself is HIGHLY questionable. Another admission, I have a BS in Anthropology (BA History as well), and yet I possess the depth of thought enough to entertain other concepts unlike so many supremely arrogant "rationalists" here. If an avid anthropologist who sees evolutionary processes as cut and dry, evidenced by the primitive limb structure, then you can delve a little deeper, shed the cynicism and negative connotations associated with mass religious movements and ask the tough questions.
OK, so the buildings collapsed at free fall rates, which I learned about in physics. Please explain how that worked, and where all of that energy went. Then let's start evacuating all high rises, because the implication is that these buildings are inherently unsafe.
