Reason I’m asking is cause a friend just got back from a trip around the world and she said that post WWII Europe is so concerned about global over-population that they eat their own children to keep family size in check.

2ND HOUSING BUBBLE MAY POP IN RIVERSIDE COUNTY
Experts say a new round of foreclosures is expected to hit Riverside County’s fast-growing suburbs.
It’s a 2nd housing bubble that’s about to pop in the corridor between Perris and Rancho California and the nearby Moreno Valley area.
In February a real estate tracking firm showed a record 1,550 homes in southwest Riverside County entered the foreclosure process, up from 1,441 foreclosures in January.

Mortgage delinquencies soar in the U.S.
More U.S. consumers are falling behind on their mortgages, an indication that the housing market has yet to hit bottom, a top credit bureau executive told Reuters.
Dann Adams, president of U.S. Information Systems for Equifax Inc, reported that 7% of homeowners with mortgages were at least 30 days late on their loans in February, an increase of more than 50% from a year earlier.
