Let's just take every decision and action that George Bush made these past eight years, and quickly reverse it. Yup, this should be fun.

Barack Obama is bought and paid for by the ruling elite. There is no way that he will take money from the rich and give it to the poor.

As president, Obama will continue with all of the policies of the Bush Crime Syndicate, so his 70% approval rating will only last for a few months.

Then, people will not only realize that Obama can't keep his campaign promises, they will also realize that he never had any intention of keeping them.

It's sad but true.

Jing Hua Wu, the engineer who police say fatally shot three executives at a Santa Clara startup company last week just hours after being fired, spent the last few years amassing a large portfolio of investment properties.

According to public records from eight counties in three states, Wu and his wife own at least 19 homes and vacant lots worth more than $2.4 million. One house in Arkansas, which is now being offered for rent by Wu, is in Hot Springs Village, the largest gated community in the nation. It has a screened porch with a golf course view.

Congress need to pass another bill to bail out struggling homeowner like Mr. Wu ASAP before another mad dog go crazy and kill people.

If a Congress bail-out would've guaranteed that this tragedy didn't take place, then I suppose I would have to be in favor of it.

But as a whole, I can't feel a lot of sympathy for the likes of Mr. Wu. If he was having trouble paying for the house that he's living in and that's the only house he owns, well, I would feel sympathetic.

But for him to buy so many properties based on late night infomercials only makes him STUPID. Congress should not bail out INSIPID people, businesses, or industries.

Don't forget Cheneyburton:

Dick Cheney indicted for organized crime by Texas grand jury
By John Amato Wednesday Nov 19, 2008 5:30am

CNN, Cheney, Gonzales indicted for alleged prisoner abuse: Vice President Dick Cheney and former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales have been indicted on separate charges related to alleged prisoner abuse in federal detention centers, Willacy County, Texas, District Attorney Juan Angel Guerra told CNN Tuesday.

The indictment stems from Cheney’s investment in the Vanguard Group — an investment management company that reportedly has interests in the prison companies in charge of the detention centers, according to The Associated Press. It also charges Gonzales halted an investigation into abuse at the detention centers while he was attorney general.

You might think there are some federalism issues here. And there are. You might think there are some qualified/absolute immunity issues here, and there are. (Cf. In re Neagle, 135 U.S. 1 (1890) (creating federal officer immunity defense.)) But what you might not know is that there’s a federal removal statute that deals with state criminal prosecutions, 28 U.S.C. § 1442(a)(1):

§ 1442. Federal officers or agencies sued or prosecuted

(a) A civil action or criminal prosecution commenced in a State court against any of the following may be removed by them to the district court of the United States for the district and division embracing the place wherein it is pending:

(1) The United States or any agency thereof or any officer (or any person acting under that officer) of the United States or of any agency thereof, sued in an official or individual capacity for any act under color of such office or on account of any right, title or authority claimed under any Act of Congress for the apprehension or punishment of criminals or the collection of the revenue.

So step one will be a removal to the federal District Court.

Incidentally, the Supreme Court approved the constitutionality of criminal removal jurisdiction in Tennessee v. Davis, 100 U.S. 257 (1880), and discussed the modern statute in Mesa v. California, 489 U.S. 121 (1989), where the court concluded that “Federal officer removal under 28 U.S.C. § 1442(a) must be predicated upon averment of a federal defense.” (In other words, the defendant must be prepared to argue that acts underlying the charges were performed pursuant to his federal authority.)

Note that if the case is removed, state law continues to govern the substantive rules pertaining to the offense — but federal law supplies the procedural rules.

F*ck YOU Cheneyburton. Let's see how far above the law you really are...

What is going on in Silicon Valley."

Each and every economic downturn causes some misguided douche
like tne mentioned working here in the valley, usually from some far off land and primitive culture to short-circuit and start holding hostages and shooting and killing innocent people.

Thanks to this latest one and those going before him we have an excellent SWAT team here in the Santa Clara area. It took them less than 24 hours to find and take into custody this alleged perpetrator of these horrific and unforgivable under any circumstance crimes.

This mongrel will be arraigned today (Wed) just about the time his victims are being buried. We will soon get the opportunity to learn about his 'real estate investments' and his True Past and financial history.

Usually, I have NoSympathy for anyone, but these crimes have devastated 3 innocent families.

BEWARE, AMERICA IS A VIOLENT LAWLESS UNPREDICTABLE GHETTO. IT CAN HAPPEN IN YOUR AREA.

Have a Plan. Be Safe.

CENSURE Bushco and Cheneyburton.

This should be REAL interesting.

They called him the Messiah, the One. Questions still exist if he was even born in Hawaii or brought there soon after his birth. His associations with a Black Power, Black Liberation Theology, Anti White Church of 20 years was heeded by few. I can't help but think that the alarm bells around him were a warning to those not sleeping. George Bush was not great, but this choice is worse. At least with McCain, America would have been safe. A man named Barrack Hussein Obama marks the end of the United States. His followers are misled.
