Here's the latest from HP'er / S&A'er "Nick" - who's been pulling a scam that would make even Casey Serin blush

Ah, to stop making payments on your debt-trap after doing cash-out-refi after cash-out-refi.

To live rent-free for years.

To live a life of luxury on the backs of the honest and hard-working US taxpayers.

Here's the latest from our friend Nick.

Hi, this is Nick and here is an update on my situation. Finally, I had my day in court. We went to the initial hearing. JP Morgan Chase indeed filed the papers to have my townhouse foreclosed upon. When all parties met the judge, my attorney asked them to "produce the note". JP Morgan Chase could not and thus the judge told them to go get the proof that they own the property and come back in 90 days.

This is too damn rich. I am a big believer in The Secret and my wife and I applied the principles. So it is back to living rent free for 90 days.

Although a dishonest shmuck, I have to acknowledge an individual who knows how to milk the system dry.

He's a big believer in The Secret?

Nick, I really despise everything you are doing, but damn if you don't tell it in an entertaining way. And there is a little part of me that says if these banks are too stupid to stop what you are doing, they get what they deserve. Thanks for the Monday morning laugh.

Good for him.

F*ck being honest.

F*ck America. America SUCKS.

It would be a wonderful laugh if it were the banks ultimately paying the price.

Us taxpayers...not so much.

Hooray for Nick. I've always been the responsible, play-by-the-rules saver type and I used to hate people like Nick. But now I see that the US has become a lawless kleptocracy, where trillions in public funds are funneled to the ruling elite by corrupt public officials. Old concepts of truth and honesty no longer apply. Nick caught on to this long before the rest of us and figured out how to beat the scumbags at their own game. He is a hero and the prototype of the new american.

Nick, if you're listening stand up and take a bow. Keep a stiff upper lip and never pay up. It won't be long now before the GSEs dream up a new plan to loan money to the poor innocent homeowners who lost their home in this unforeseeable economic tsunami. Even if you are evicted, you'll be able to turn around and do it all over again.

Nick,

It appears you are involved in a judicial foreclosure. Good luck with that. The money judgment that the lender secures on your ass will follow you around for years.

Welcome to debtor's hell.

Idiot.

Rent free?

How much does that lawyer cost?

Good for you Nick.

You have converted me.

Look out REIC and Banks...

Here WE COME for OUR CHEESE...

Here's the latest from an anon who calls himself Nick who either makes this stuff up or partially does, or doesn't at all. We really have no way of knowing, but by saying it I make it true.

Nick, you are one low-life coniving s.o.b., but at least you're OUR low-life coniving s.o.b.

Keep up the good work.

P.S. We could be friends!

Seems that he pulled that trigger bit too soon.
Most of the people I see usually wait until they’re about to get evicted.
Wait until the day before and declare bankruptcy brings everything to a screeching halt.
Now I am not completely up on the whole “Produce the note thing” and I only know how it goes in Fl.
But it would seem to at least wait until the home is about the courthouse steps, do the produce the note thing. Wait until the bank does that and they reset the sale date and then declare bankruptcy. Should be able to get a minimum of 6 months rent free from the time of the 1st sale date.
With all the backlogged cases I would think that would be at least year rent free from the time someone stopped paying.

I bet Nick's lawyer is a friend and handling his case for free. As for the debtor's hell comment, all Nick has to do is go BK to get out of that. After all it's not like he's trying to protect his credit score. Nick in your next update let us know how you've picked up an S550 for no money down, I bet you could drive that for months all for free.

Right on ANNON 4:16!!!

I guess I'm a convert now as well.

It's true that the Elite and the bankers are rubbing our noses in their untouchable status and ability to steal million$ no matter what the economy does.

So yes, we who were sticking to morals and responsibilty were proven fools and continue to be proven mega chumps.

Cheap, really cheap, super affordable housing is the ONLY way will will get anything out of this end of bubbles. Stop paying on your mortgage and let housing fall to prices that will enable us to survive the coming hyper-inflation that Bernanke and his ilk are feverishly cooking up.

It's time for a complete reset. 2001-2007 housing inventory is defective....so return it the bank and when the dust settles, all the bankers will get us to sign up for is very, very sensible mortgages of no more than 2x earnings. Can we all agree on that or will we continue to stumble over each other in a mad rush to enrich bankers and elite scum?

BK is not as easy as it used to be. Nick will be a slave to his debtors for at least 5 years after his Chapter 13 BK is approved. Gone are the days of filing BK and walking away, unless one qualifies for Chapter 7, which Nick probably doesn't.

The bottom line is that Nick is screwed. He knows it. He's just trying to kick the can further down the road to put off the pain, but Nick, my friend, there will be consequences. There always are...

Nick is approaching BK the correct way. If you're going to go down, go down in FLAMES. Take it all. He won't be screwed alone. This whole country will pay for Nick and his ilk.

Ladies and gentleman, I want to address the members of this fine community. A lot of you people have made negative comments about my personal character. To that, I say, you really don't know me. Even though I like the finer things in life (at someone else's expense though, I would never buy a box full of Godiva chocolates on my own dime, NEVER!), I help other people.

I meditate for peace and harmony in the world ever Sunday morning. I believe in The Secret. I spread joy to my family, co-workers, patients I deal with all day. I give 5% of my earnings to charity. Plus, I volunteer at a soup kitchen twice a month. To those who say I am selfish, how charitable are you?

Also, if my behavior offends you, then I am sorry, but no one told you to live below your means. My bad, I won and you lost. Face it.

If you want to learn "how to game the system", then please go to www.edenpress.com That gives you the basics. Then I would advise you to go to your community college and enroll in a legal secretary or paralegal course. You will learn how to research the law, argue cases, search for precedents, etc....Also, at your local library, read books on consumer law. Then, just like a soduku puzzle, you too can learn how to game the system with your knowledge. Afterall, Donald Trump, Angelo Mozillow, GM, Bank of America, Microsoft, Bill Gates, etc.... do it all the time. So why should you sit on the sidelines?

OH AND HERE IS A LITTLE STORY ON WHY I LIVE MY LIFE LIKE I DO. MY OLD MAN WORKED HARD IN THE STEEL MILLS OF NORTHWEST INDIANA AND VARIOUS OTHER LABOR JOBS. HE WORKED 14 YEARS AT A NAIL FACTORY AND THEN 29 YEARS AT A STEEL MILL. AFTER WORKING HIS TAIL OFF, HE COLLECTED A PENSION. THEN YOU KNOW WHAT THE COMPANY DID TO GET OUT OF THEIR PENSION OBLIGATIONS? THEY WENT BANKRUPT AND MY DAD'S PENSION WENT FROM A MODEST $3700 PER MONTH TO $2200 PER MONTH. THEN IN ANOTHER YEAR THE PENSION BENEFIT GUARANTY CORPORATION REDUCED IT TO $1197 PER MONTH. OH BUT IT GETS BETTER; FOUR YEARS LATER, THE P.B.G.C. RULED THAT HE WAS OVERPAID IN HIS PENSION BENEFIT IN THE FIRST THREE YEARS AND THUS HE OWED THEM MONEY!

I SAW THIS INJUSTICE GROWING UP WITH MY OWN TWO EYES AND I DECIDED THAT THEY STEAL FROM US DECENT FOLKS ALL THE TIME. EXCEPT THEY DO IT "LEGALLY". THUS MY BROTHER AND I DECIDED WE WOULD DO TO THEM WHAT THEY DO TO DECENT PEOPLE ALL THE TIME!

I'll admit that I was at first disgusted by Nick's tales. (I am assuming that they're true, although on the Internet, you never know.) But I'm converted now! The big grifter banks disgust me more than small grifters like Nick.

I can't say I'm much different, although everything my wife and I did was 100% legal. We cashed in and bailed out, essentially quitting the Ponzi scheme before it crashed. I'm sure our FICO score is still outstanding, although it doesn't matter for squat here, because Australian creditors pay no attention to credit records in the U.S.

Unlike Nick, we have no debt and no legal trouble. But like him, we stopped playing the housing game. We're not supporting the bankers' mortgage system with our money. We do not have a dagger of fractional reserve debt that's hanging over our heads. Nick has the dagger (if what he says is true) but he's trying to worm out from it.

In different ways, both Nick and I have decided not to participate. What would happen if a critical mass of Americans STOPPED riding on the FRB merry-go-round? That would be the ultimate, non-violent revolutionary spanner in the system.

It's disappointing to see how some of you people react to Nick's (possibly bogus) tale of scamming the system, though. The attitude I get here is "We hate scammers. The system is a scam. So we want to become scammers too!" Is that your answer -- to become the thing you hate, because the thing you hate seems to be winning? It's like children who have been sexually molested growing up to become child molesters themselves.

I'm not saying it's wrong to want to scam the system. Lord knows it deserves it. But I hope you can find legal ways to fight back. Less hassle and better karma that way.

Nick,

You're my new Hero.

I am a convert. Fuck America.

It took Navy seals to kill three punks in a row boat with an outboard motor vs. the USA. Those tanker sailors are pussies, just like the mall-rat broke daddies from the exurbs...

What are they going to 'do' to Nick?

Nothing. Good Going Nick! I celebrate your initiative, fortitude and GUTS.

America is Dead and Americans are stupid, spineless cowards unable to protect themselves or their families.

America is a Revolution waiting to happen. Why would our enemies attack us? Shit, we'll do more damage to ourselves WITHOUT an enemy atack.

Remember Bushco and Cheneyburton?

Enough said.

Fuck America. DIE.

Nick and people like him are the problem (the bankers and elite have the same fuck 'em mentality) and are simply unable to responsibly participate in community or society - such people should be sterilized and their corpses rendered into useful products.

Funny, I had just put The Secret on my cue before I read that. How's it? Is it another mind set type of crap or has valuable insights?

I used to despise Nick back at HP, but now I envy him. I just did my taxes...I'm tired of playing by the book just to get f*cked in the a$$. So I made a decision: I'll either go live like an hermit to stick to the man, or join fraud nation.

Good point about TPTB allowing companies to reneg on pension commitments. I have a relative who worked for a hospital for 25 years, retired and a few years later the hospital went into BK and re-emerged shiny and new with a Gov. sponsored blessing to completely eliminate all pensions.

She now works full time at 72.

The The Pelosi's , the Dodds, Franks, Elite scum, Wall Street vermin and banker a@@hats will 100% of the time screw you if they can enrich themselves a little more on your back.

Act accordingly.
