Who said it? "If you don't get hurt, what's going to stop you from taking on the risk next time? You're interfering with the natural order of things"

You'll never believe it.

Or maybe you will.

Answer here.

Now that speculators, fraudsters, con-men, gamblers, bankers, mortgage brokers and realtors know that the government will always be there to bail them out, and that the laws of America are no longer enforced, get ready for the next swindle folks.

They called it "moral hazard" for a reason.

"The primary evil in the economy is housing "affordability" programs, which encourage debt to make prices higher, not lower. True affordability is not more debt -- true affordability is lower prices."

Why isn't Serin in jail? He admitted openly to his crimes? Have the federal and state govts decided that finanical crimes involving real estate are no longer going to be prosecuted?

What the hell is going on?

If I were a judge I'd have him roasted over an open fire with a worm-rotted apple shoved in his mouth and with a temperature guage rammed deep up his caboose!

But maybe I'm just too nice...

Why do you insist on bringing this little douchebag back from the dead? Just let him fade away in that little shithole called Excremento.

This is just the beginning of the end.

More tax-payer's dollars thrown at failing institutions.

A hyperinflationary depression awaits us in the not too distant future.

That was just pablum to feed to the slaves and the slaves (taxpayers) swallowed it and coughed up the cash when they made a foul.

This moral hazard rule does not apply to the slave-owners, the people the slaves work to support - the elite and the welfare abuser class (single moms with 6 kids and their drug-addicted boyfriends) and others who know how to work the system.

The time for rage is long past. The slaves should have awoken to the fact that they are slaves a while back. Most still do not see themselves in this way and so the kvetching about how moral hazard rules being broken goes on. If one knew one was a slave and has been for some time, one would understand what was happening perfectly and expect these sorts of things to occur.
