I know of several FORMER Republican people who have been
so pinched in the wallet that they welcome any sort of change - in this case Obama - to lead us out of this mess.
My hope with Obama is that he doesn't become a complete tool, and instead uses those around him more to work towards an agenda that benefits the nation as a whole.
This is all yet to be seen in 2009, but the fact is if Obama decides to do the bidding of special interest groups, there won't be much of a country left for any of us.
