The world needs to keep it's own big hypocritical nose out of this .
Russia go invade Georgia . UN go ignore a genocide somewhere .And America. Would you just let this sovereign nation defend herself and her citizens to the degree she deems necessary . This is on going because the Hamas terrorist murderers ,Only see compromise as weakness ,their satanic belief encourages lying or breaking of pledges if it will advance Islam
The Israelis know this as they have been dealing with these people a lot longer than the USA has. I am very sympathetic towards the average Palestinian as they are simply being used as a pawn in a age old war between Arabs and JEWS.The bottom line is this the teaching of the Jewish religion will allow the Jews and Arabs to coexist whilst the teachings of Islam command the Muslim not to take the Jew or christian as a friend .But to convert them to Islam or let them fall by the sword .

Since Palestine was invaded by European jewry in the 1940's, the invaders have done nothing but land grab, rape, pillage, and wholesale slaughter the native Palestinians.
Is it any wonder that the Palestinians fight back in anyway that they can????
What would YOU do if your country was invaded by a horde of genocidal psychopaths? Fight back with all available means, right??
Well, these oppressed peoples means are very, very meager.
They throw rocks, they sometimes manage to shoot off a few bottle rockets that rarely hit anything, and they suicide bomb.
Now keep in mind folks, most of these suicice bombers were at one point restrained, and forced to watch as the blood-lusting israelis slaughtered their entire families. Some, even forced to watch as they're pregnant wives were bayoneted to death through the abdomen.
The israelis on the other hand, are given the most advanced weaponry and billions upon billions of dollars each and every year...... By us......
Can you start to see why the oppressed arab peoples may be a little upset?????
Sideline the economy and the other stuff like housing and unemployment.
This is the one that bears the watching, as this thing is really gonna spread like wildfire in 75 mile per hour winds. Keep us up with the "tick, tick, tick" posts each day please.

At least Honica posts his handle, but he is still wrong, and his regular anti-Semitic posts parrot what is written on the more blatant HATE sites.
Sorry Hon, but the Israelis do not run around raping palestinians and targeting civilians (i.e. pregnant women & children) in their military offensives. This is in contrast to the suicide bombers and those launching rockets from Gaza into Israel, who rejoice whenever they manage to kill Israelis, no matter who they happen to be.
But innocent women and children are killed in wars, and this war is a result of the palestinians continued launching of rockets into Israel.
Israel returned Gaza to the palestinians with the hope that this would help usher in peaceful coexistence. Instead, rather than put the land to use by growing food crops and by making things that are useful, the palestinians are still focused on fighting Israel.
Hamas has already stated its uncompromising position that it will not halt its aggression until Israel ceases to exist. The only way that Israel will ever cease to exist will be if that whole region is reduced to ashes in a horrific conflagration. And the way things have been steadily moving in this direction, unfortunately, this may eventually occur.
May God help us all if this ever happens!

I agree whole-heartedly with Mammoth (his real name) - Israel must not rest until all the anti-semites/gentiles have been purged from Gaza. "Extra judicial killings" should be performed where necessary. I recommend starting with the leadership of the OXFAM cell.

I don't really see how so many people in the west can side with one or the other, not actually being there to know what's going on.
There is a guy that blogs from Gaza @ Gazatoday.bogspot.com. Thats one perspective at least on the loosing side.
The video showing pissed-off guys slinging rocks isn't going to do any good against an army as well equiped and trained as Israel. I'm sure there is desperation for these people and they want to lash-out anyway they can.
The fact that the jews are always claiming how great they are, etc., but yet get so much funding from the U.S., makes it look like we in the U.S. politically agree with whats going-on and makes the jews look like well-paid thugs.
Maybe we should not fund these kind-of things, just not in Israel, but everywhere else, I don't know what position that would put us in strategically, but maybe it would slow down the aggression elsewhere in the world.
Then again, there are most likely weapons merchants ready to fill the void, we just seem to fund-it for places like Israel, for some reason, that just doesn't seem right, IMHO.
As an unbiased citizen, I would say that both Israel and Palestine need to stop this crap.
I understand that it's not as simple as that, however, since Palestinians appear to have no place "country". Why don't they just create their Palestine, and get it over with. Why doesnt each side just stop the fighting.
It's like 2 bad kids that have punched themselves so many times that no-one really knows who is at fault anymore. Cut the crap.

Mammoth plenty of Palestinian mothers have died waiting in line at checkpoints. Palestinians patients in ambulances have also been forced to wait to cross the checkpoints and many have died in the process also. Gaza has not water, no electricty, no fuel and no food. Your one sidedeness blindness is appaling.
PS Some of the people most supportive of Palestinians are Jews. Ever heard of Amira Haas? Probably not as you don't read Ha'Aretz. You also don't know B'tselm and Bat Shalom the Jewish peace groups or J Sreet.
